Salon Jon Clay was established in 1987 in a 1,418 square foot salon. Due to our success, we have expanded our corporation in many ventures.

Our goal is simple, to be the most respected salon on the east coast!

Our philosophy is equally basic, to supply the public with unsurpassed service and to educate our employees in the art of hair cutting, color, and advanced chemical treatments.

We believe that Salon Jon Clay offers the finest salon services in Cary. Our approach reflects the latest in great looks, and fashion from around the world.

Salon Jon Clay is an Elite L'Oréal Professionnel Color Salon with the first complete haircare systems to treat the hair's molecular structure from the core to the surface. Our salon was voted the “Best Salon & Spa in North Carolina” in 2010.

At Salon Jon Clay we are using INOA or Ammonia-free, in-salon permanent color system, that is permanent (not a demi), provides 100 percent gray coverage, and doesn’t damage or dry out your hair (INOA is short from Innovation No Ammonia).
